Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to ensure you have the best shopping experience. Our website sells three types of items, and the refund policy differs for each category:
1. Physical Products (Shopping Items):
Refund/Replacement: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, you may request a refund or replacement within [7] days of delivery.
Conditions:The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. SMM Services
Refund: SMM services are API-based. Orders are processed immediately. No refunds will be issued once the service has started.
Cancellation: Cancellation requests may be entertained only if the order has not started processing within [24] hours of placement.
3. Digital Services (Mobile Recharge, etc.):
Refund/Cancellation: Once a transaction for a mobile recharge or other digital service is successfully completed, no cancellation or refund is possible. If a transaction fails and the money is deducted, it will be automatically reversed to your source account within 24-48 hours
General Cancellation: An order.
can only be canceled before it has been dispatched or processed. Once dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
All approved refunds will be credited back to your source account within [7 to 10] working days.
